Palm Beach airport, and 2 miles from the beach include our participation in renovating public areas: Mezzanine Level meeting rooms and offices, Atrium, pre-function, and ballroom. Other areas include kitchen, restaurant and general offices. We also refurbished guestrooms, bathrooms, and corridors which included demolition, new wall framing, drywall installation and all finishing work.

Our participation in the recent renovation of this beachfront property included: exterior pressure washing and painting, enhancements to porte cochere, and handicap access. Interior renovations of public areas included lobby, ‘kids waiting’, vestibule, fitness area, lobby restrooms and meeting rooms. Commercial areas included lounge and restaurant. Guestrooms, bathrooms, corridors and four ADA guestroom/bathrooms were updated.

We assisted in the $45 million renewal of this 227 room facility located in the heart of central Florida with exterior pressure washing and painting of breezeways and walkway areas; demo and framing in guest bathrooms, and all phases of renovation in the guestrooms.
